What We Do

Leadership Arlington is committed to identifying leaders from various geographic, ethnic, occupational, and economic segments of Arlington.  We educate them regarding civic engagement and leadership opportunities.

One of our most valued traditions is the Youth Leadership Arlington program.  The Youth program provides the opportunity for high school juniors to develop their leadership skills by participating in a variety of activities that give them an in-depth look at city operations, community issues, civic engagement, and social services in Arlington.

In fact, did you know that for every adult that signs up –one youth is sponsored to complete the Youth Leadership Arlington program?
