This year, our Board of Directors is focused on two powerful priorities: reengaging our alumni and enhancing the experience for both our Youth and Adult Leadership classes. We know that Leadership Arlington doesn’t end after graduation. It’s the beginning of a lifelong journey in leadership, and we’re committed to building a program that reflects that.

We’ll be offering new opportunities for alumni to connect with current class members through intentional, relationship-driven events, creating space for mentorship, collaboration, and community-building. We’re also introducing opportunities for alumni who want to continue growing as leaders in every season of life.

Whether you’re a proud graduate, a current class member, or someone looking to get involved for the first time, you are welcome here. This year, let’s continue to build something bold together: a thriving network of leaders who are committed to making Arlington stronger, more inclusive, and ready for the future.
