Welcome to the Leadership Arlington Digital Asset Library.
This hub is the central source for Leadership Arlington marketing, communications, and storytelling assets. It exists to make it easy for alumni, board members, and staff to share our story consistently, professionally, and on-brand without reinventing the wheel each time.
If you’re new here: start with this document. It will tell you what this library is, how it’s organized, and what you should (and should not) use based on your role.
Purpose of This Library
This library was created to:
● Centralize high-quality photos, videos, and graphics
● Protect and maintain Leadership Arlington’s brand
● Make storytelling and promotion easier for alumni and board members
● Provide staff with ready-to-use, evergreen templates
● Ensure long-term continuity as leadership and staff change
Brand Guardrails (Please Read)
● Do not modify logos, colors, or fonts
● Do not create “new” designs outside the template system
● Do not share raw or unapproved assets publicly
● When in doubt, choose the most recent asset
